Alvarium Healthcare, Inc., an Inperium affiliate, is a private nonprofit organization dedicated to providing community-based residential supports and services for individuals experiencing complex physical, medical and behavioral health needs. Individuals receive coordinated physical and behavioral health services and supports 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Inspired by supporting individuals with dignity and the highest quality of life, we provide exceptional services and person-centered care for every program participant. Experienced physical and Behavioral Health professionals provide guidance and direct support to ensure the best care is delivered in a safe and caring home environment. Our program is committed to services that assist each individual to achieve their intellectual, physical and social potential.
What Makes Us Different
Alvarium Healthcare, Inc. is designed to support adults with Intellectual Developmental Disabilities and complex physical, medical or behavioral health needs. All individuals receive community based support as an alternative to a more restrictive environment such as skilled nursing facility or other large institutions. Residential habilitation occurs in a community living arrangement tailored to meet the needs of each individual. With round the clock nursing supervision, individuals can achieve maximum independence in a community living situation while ensuring all healthcare needs are met.
